Linen
- Linen is included in the daily rate. Extra linen requested during stay will be charged at $5 per item.
- Please bring own beach towels.
- Parents: please bring your own plastic mattress protectors if required.
Porta Cots & High Chairs
- A limited number are available for guests to use free of charge – please you bring your own cot linen. Please ask the office in advance to have these placed in your chalet.
Bond
- A $200.00 Bond applies to all chalet bookings at time of check-in. We do not take anything off your card – we hold the card details in case of damage detected after departure.
Extra Cleaning Service
- Chalets are only serviced for bookings longer than 7 days. A $50 extra service fee will be charged if you request a service.
Caravanning & Camping Sites
- Enquiries and bookings must be made by phone or email so site size options can be discussed. Our prices are quoted for 2 people any extra people or child over the age of 1 yr is $10.00 per person per night.
Pets
- Pets are welcomed at Sandy Bay Holiday Park. Please discuss bringing your pet at the time of booking. All pets allowed are at the managers discretion.

Bar Fridge Hire
- Available for hire for $8.00 per day for use in camp sites.
