TO OUR DEAR CUSTOMERS

We understand that your travel plans may have been impacted due to the current situation with COVID-19 and you may need to cancel or transfer your booking. As such we are relaxing our refund policy for all bookings with an arrival date up to and including the 31st May 2020 (this date could change). All cancellations will be transferrable or credited to your guest account (to be used within 12months) less the $25 administration fee. Please contact reception by email if you wish to cancel current booking and to rebook for a future alternative dates or have a credit for 12 months.

If you are unwell or are experiencing flu like symptoms, please remember those most vulnerable in our communities and stay home.
Please Note: EFTPOS and online payments are preferred where possible.
